The roller coaster of emotions can take their toll. A person can go from mad to sad to refusing to believe they even have the disease.


Anger is one of the most difficult emotions for a person to deal with in life in general. It is no different when it comes to diabetes. If a person doesn't learn how to control their anger, it will take over their lives. One way to learn how to deal with anger is to examine it.
